Mr. Jaime King has been officially re-elected as Chairman of the Private Sector Consultative Group (PSCG) of the World Customs Organization (WCO) as of June 25, 2024. This new mandate, celebrated with a confirmation ceremony at WCO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, symbolizes continuity and the opening of a new chapter for the benefit of secure trade.

At the annual WCO Council sessions, Members, represented by Customs Directors General from around the world, re-elected Mr. King to lead this important Consultative Group. His re-election reflects not only an outstanding career and vision for global Customs operations but also global confidence in his ability to guide the PSCG in its future endeavors.

WBO has had close relationships with Mr. King from his experience in the WCO PSCG and his participation in several events and BASC Conferences in recent years. The World BASC Organization and its member chapters congratulate Mr. King on his re-election and wish him every success in this new stage of leadership and management.
